Shipping policy
We currently ship orders to the United States and Canada only. Orders are fulfilled from our primary studio in Oakland, Florida, USA or from our Canadian warehouse in Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, QC, depending on your shipping destination and product availability.
Processing Times
- Standard processing: 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
- During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
- Pre-order or backorder items will ship once available; estimated ship dates will be shown at checkout or in your confirmation email.
Shipping Origins
- United States: Orders typically ship from 1309 Planted Pine St, Oakland, FL 34787.
- Canada: Orders shipping within Canada may ship from 201 Rue Asselin, Saint-Charles-de-Bellechasse, QC G0R 2T0.
- Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages if inventory is split between warehouses.
Free Shipping
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (before taxes, after discounts) within the United States and Canada.
- Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping applies to standard shipping only; expedited shipping options remain paid services.
Estimated Transit Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Times below are estimates provided by carriers:
- USA (contiguous): 3–7 business days
- USA (AK/HI/territories, APO/FPO): 5–12 business days
- Canada: 3–8 business days
Note: Carrier delays, weather, customs inspections, and peak seasons may extend delivery times.
Rates & Duties
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level (unless your order qualifies for free shipping).
- USA: Taxes are applied at checkout where applicable.
- Canada: Duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
- Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier receives the package.
Address Accuracy
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
- If you notice an error, email us immediately at gabriel@voffhaus.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it.
- Refused or undeliverable packages returned to us may be refunded minus shipping costs once received in resalable condition.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- Delayed: Once shipped, delays are out of our control until the carrier declares a package lost.
- Lost: If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (USA) or 21+ business days (Canada), contact us to open a carrier inquiry or arrange a replacement.
- Damaged/Wrong item: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Shipping Restrictions
- At this time, we only ship to the United States and Canada.
- We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses where permitted by carriers.
