Refund policy
At Voff Haus, we want you (and your pup) to love your bandana. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at gabriel@voffhaus.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom bandanas (special orders, custom prints, embroidery)
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order for the item and return the original. Once your return is accepted and received, we’ll refund the original item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm if the refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
